Part 1 — Breath and nervous system

  • Understand how stress affects your body — in a simple, practical way
  • Learn how your breath can shift your nervous system in real time
  • Experience breath techniques you can use to shift your state immediately

Part 2 — SBR Method™ movement

  • Move through structured nervous system waves (activation ↔ recovery)
  • Release tension through fascia and lymphatic flow
  • Build strength and stability through functional movement

Part 3 — Integration and deep reset

  • Downregulation practices
  • Guided stillness
  • Tools to take home and apply immediately
