Be the first to hear when dates are released

You’re doing everything right —
but still feel exhausted.

This may feel familiar:

  • Wired but tired — mentally on, physically drained
  • Stuck in stress loops you can’t switch off
  • Tightness in your body, restless in your mind
  • Struggling to recover, even after rest
  • Overwhelmed, reactive, or running on low energy

If this feels familiar, Wired & Tired was designed for you.

Feel calmer, clearer, and more energised —
without another hard workout.

Over three immersive hours, you’ll explore why you can feel exhausted yet unable to switch off — and learn how to work with your body to change that.

Through science-informed education, guided breath, mindful movement, and embodied practices, you’ll learn to recognise your stress patterns, influence your state in real time, and create better conditions for recovery.

You’ll leave with practical tools to help you feel calmer, think more clearly, and respond to stress differently — in ways you can continue using long after the workshop ends.

What this workshop is

This is not about relaxation alone.

Wired & Tired is a science-informed, experiential workshop designed to help you understand why stress can leave you feeling exhausted yet unable to switch off — and what you can do differently.

Through guided education, breath, movement, and embodied practice, you’ll learn how to:

  • Recognise when your system is moving into stress or overload
  • Use breath and movement to influence your state in real time
  • Move more intentionally between activation and recovery
  • Build practical recovery skills for everyday life

You won’t just learn about stress. You’ll experience practical ways to work with your body — and leave with tools you can continue using beyond the workshop.

Workshop experience

3 hours · In person · Guided experience

The workshop unfolds through three connected parts:

Part 1 — Understand your stress response

  • Explore how stress can affect your body, breath, energy, and recovery
  • Learn to recognise patterns of activation and overload
  • Experience guided breath practices that can influence your state in real time

Part 2 — Move from stress towards recovery

  • Experience SBR Method™ movement designed around regulation and recovery
  • Release accumulated tension through mobility and flowing movement
  • Explore strength, stability, and body awareness without pushing to exhaustion

Part 3 — Integrate and recover

  • Downregulation practices
  • Guided stillness
  • Tools to take home and apply immediately

The goal is not to feel calm all the time. It is to build greater awareness of your state — and more confidence in how to respond when life asks more of you.

Time to settle in, arrive, and transition out of the rush of the day.

  • Three-hour guided workshop

A structured blend of science-informed education, guided breath, mindful movement, nervous system practices, and recovery.

  • Take-home practices & goodies

Simple tools you can continue using to support regulation and recovery in daily life.

  • Light refreshments after the workshop

Time to enjoy a nourishing snack, reconnect, and leave without rushing straight back into the day.

What you’ll walk away with

Not just a few hours of calm — a better understanding of how to work with your body when stress takes over.

More importantly, you’ll leave with:

  • Practical ways to shift your state when you feel wired, overwhelmed, or unable to switch off
  • A clearer understanding of why you’re stuck in “wired and tired”
  • Greater confidence in recognising what your body needs — and responding earlier

So the value doesn’t end when the workshop does. You leave knowing how to work with your state in everyday life.
