The SBR Method™

The method behind every class

All Calm Fields classes are guided by the SBR Method™ (Systemic Body Regulation) — a framework designed to support the body through regulation, movement, recovery, and integration.

Rather than focusing only on fitness or relaxation, the method helps you build the capacity to move through stress more effectively, recover more efficiently, and feel more at home in your body.

Core pillars

  1. Breath and state regulation
  2. Nervous system regulation
  3. Functional strength and stability
  4. Lymphatic and fascia flow
  5. Integration through breath and awareness

This may be for you if you

  • Feel stressed, wired, tired, or mentally overloaded
  • Carry physical tension or find your body slow to recover from daily demands
  • Want practical tools to regulate your energy and emotional state
  • Are looking for a more intentional, supportive approach to movement and recovery
